Position Summary
The Floor Technician will implement facility cleanliness, buffing and waxing floors, and trash removal throughout the facility. The technician works closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance directors.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in industrial floor care
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of the facility, including buffing floors and clearing trash.
- Notify the supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Notify the supervisor when equipment is in need of repair.
- Notify the supervisor when an area of the facility requires repair.
Ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
Work ScheduleAs assigned, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays; non‑exempt position.
