• Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)
• Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
• No nights
• No weekends

• Perform high-quality residential cleaning in private homes
• Follow detailed checklists and company systems
• Maintain strong time management and efficiency
• Work independently and in team settings
• Communicate professionally with clients and leadership
• Uphold our company standards every single visit

This is physical work.

You will be:

• On your feet most of the day
• Bending, scrubbing, lifting, vacuuming
• Moving equipment in and out of homes

• 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Reliable, insured personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Physically able to perform residential cleaning tasks
• Positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Available Monday-Friday 9-5 consistently
• Must reside in Delaware (Maryland applicants cannot be accepted)
