Job Title: Painter
Job Location: Milford, Delaware

• Perform interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and surface preparation
• Complete routine maintenance work orders, including light bulbs, hanging of pictures, etc.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs for facility systems and equipment
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe working condition
• Support special projects, renovations, and setup for campus events as needed
• Follow safety standards and building codes

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance or painting (healthcare setting preferred)
• Knowledge of basic building systems, tools, and repair techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and customer service-oriented
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
• Competitive pay based on experience: $20 - $21 HOURLY
