Location: Bethany Beach
First Service Residential seeks a Community Maintenance Technician/Custodial Associate to keep the community's common areas, facilities, and recreation center clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities span carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and snow removal.
The role requires problem solving, on-site coordination, and consistent record-keeping; requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and two years of maintenance experience. Hourly, full-time with benefits.
