Red Built is hiring immediately for Custodians at our Delaware, OH facility. We offer a safety-first work environment, opportunities for growth, and great benefits!

Wage Range: $16.50 to $18.00 hourly –
We pay to reflect your prior applicable work experience!

• Monday through Friday (6:00am – 2:30pm)

Stop by our office on Monday through Friday between 6:00am – 2:30pm EST. We’re located at 200 Colomet Drive, Delaware, OH and are excited to meet you!

• Taking out the trash, tidying, and wiping surfaces as needed.
• Pushing and pulling involved with sweeping and mopping floors, as well as vacuuming carpets.
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all bathroom facilities and restocking necessary items, such as soap and paper products, including mixing chemicals used onsite for cleaning.
• General outdoor services and maintenance, such as watering plants, sweeping entry areas, and cleaning glass doors at entrances.
• All tools and supplies necessary to complete tasks assigned will be provided.

Our Delaware, OH manufacturing facility builds engineered wood trusses, constructs wood wall panels, welds structural steel frames, and assembles job packages for delivery direct to the construction site.

We are looking for a full-time Custodian with previous cleaning, construction, and production experience preferred but not required.

• Some professional work experience as custodian, janitor, or a similar role (not required, but a plus!).
• Working knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and applicants and how to maintain them.
• Understanding of safety protocols such as disposal of chemicals and other hazardous items.
• Comfortable with basic landscaping and maintenance tasks.
• Detail-oriented and conscientiousness.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (not required, but a plus!).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be on time and ready to work.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to occasionally bend, squat and/or stoop.
• Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties.

  We provide our associates with all basic PPE required for the job. We also have a PPE reimbursement policy to support our associates with the cost of prescription safety glasses, custom molded hearing protection, and safety boots.
