Willow Brook Village seeks an experienced maintenance professional for a full‑time position working in our highly regarded senior living community. This qualified individual will perform hands‑on maintenance tasks to provide a safe, clean and well‑maintained environment for our residents.

Tasks of this position may include (but are not limited to) performing basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry duties, lifting and removing furniture, preparing homes for move‑in (painting, remodeling), assisting with snow removal and surface preparation, completing maintenance requests submitted by residents, ensuring cleanliness of home exteriors, and assisting residents with any other maintenance needs.

Qualified applicants should have proven maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), the ability to organize and complete tasks in a neat and efficient manner, the ability to lift and move furniture and other objects, the ability to work without close supervision, and good communication skills. As with all Willow Brook positions, a criminal background check, work physical, and drug test will be conducted.
