Willow Brook at Delaware Run is seeking an entry-level, seasonal maintenance professional for a 40-hour per week position. The role involves hands-on maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary environment for our residents.
You will perform basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry duties, move furniture, prepare homes for move-in, assist with snow removal, complete resident maintenance requests, and ensure exterior cleanliness.
