The maintenance team of Willow Brook at Delaware Run is seeking an entry‑level, seasonal maintenance professional for a 40‑hour per week position. This qualified individual will perform hands‑on maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary environment for our residents.
Responsibilities- Perform basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry duties
- Lifting and removing furniture
- Preparing homes for move‑in
- Assisting with snow removal and surface preparation
- Completing maintenance requests submitted by residents
- Ensuring cleanliness of home exteriors
- Assisting residents with any other maintenance needs
- Proven maintenance experience (references required)
- Ability to organize and complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate a skid‑steer loader (Bobcat) – a plus
- CDL license – a plus
A criminal background check, work physical, and drug test will be conducted.
Potential for long‑term, full‑time employment.
