Ohio Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to oversee HVAC equipment with preventive maintenance and to perform daily upkeep of facilities. You will ensure safe, clean, and comfortable living environments for residents and staff, while coordinating with other departments as needed.
Ideal candidates have three years in maintenance, strong HVAC and boiler knowledge, and familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations. OSHA/EPA awareness and blueprint-reading abilities are valued.
