day-to-day hospital facility operations , ensuring
service quality, manpower management, compliance, and client satisfaction
at the assigned hospital site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hospital soft services (housekeeping, sanitation, support staff, waste management)
Handle on-site manpower deployment, attendance, and discipline
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and statutory requirements
Coordinate with hospital administration and resolve escalations
Monitor quality standards, safety, and infection control
Prepare basic MIS and operational reports
Requirements:
Graduate preferred
5+ years experience in hospital/facility operations
Knowledge of hospital standards and compliance
Strong people and client-handling skills
