Role Description

This is a full-time,  Hybrid role for a Travel Expert based in Delhi. The Travel Expert will manage day-to-day tasks such as handling travel arrangements, planning business travel, and providing personalized travel management services for our esteemed members.

As a Luxury Travel Expert at Red Beryl, you will:

- Design and manage bespoke international and domestic travel itineraries for premium & UHNI clients
- Handle flight bookings, luxury hotel reservations, private charters, villas, cruises, and transfers
- Provide expert advice on destinations, routing, visas, and premium travel services
- Deliver end-to-end trip management including pre-departure assistance and in-trip support
- Work closely with global DMCs, airline representatives, and luxury hospitality partners
- Manage last-minute changes with calmness, efficiency, and solution-oriented thinking
- Ensure exceptional turnaround time and service standards aligned with Red Beryl's luxury positioning
- Build long-term relationships with clients by anticipating needs and delivering proactive solutions

Qualifications

Experience:

5–8 years in luxury, premium travel operations
Strong working knowledge of at least one GDS system (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is added advantage
Expertise in:
International fare constructions & ticketing
Luxury hotel & villa bookings
Complex itinerary planning
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong destination knowledge (Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia luxury circuits preferred)
Ability to handle UHNI/VIP clientele with discretion and professionalism
Detail-oriented with high ownership mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, roster-based environment
