Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic  Operations & Travel Manager  to oversee travel operations, manage tour packages (Domestic & International), and handle end-to-end MICE requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, supplier coordination skills, and the ability to manage both B2B and B2C clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and manage  Domestic and International tour packages
Handle  flight ticketing  (domestic & international)
Manage complete  MICE operations  (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
Coordinate hotel bookings, accommodations, and vendor negotiations
Oversee travel logistics, itineraries, and documentation
Manage B2B & B2C client relationships and ensure service excellence
Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and operational activities
Monitor cost control and vendor payments
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Travel Operations / Tour Management
Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and reservation processes
Hands-on experience in handling MICE events
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good knowledge of travel portals and booking platforms
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or relevant field
Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
