Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Travel Experts / Package Experts based in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include arranging travel itineraries, managing travel packages, and providing seamless customer service. The role requires collaboration with clients to tailor travel plans according to their needs, assisting with flight and hotel bookings, visa processes, and travel-related support. The role also involves maintaining professional communication with partners and ensuring an exceptional travel experience for customers.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to design and coordinate seamless itineraries
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
Experience in Business Travel and familiarity with corporate travel planning is an advantage
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Working knowledge of global travel platforms and tools
Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the travel industry or related roles is highly desirable
