Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at The Fern an Ecotel Hotel, located in Lonavala. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through direct guest interactions, assisting with reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction during their stay. The role also includes coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requests and maintaining a welcoming ambiance throughout the resort.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Service tasks to meet and exceed guest expectations
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
Experience in handling Reservations and managing booking systems
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and courtesy
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic situations
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address guest needs promptly
Prior experience in hospitality or customer-focused roles is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management is an advantage
