Summary:

The CEO will lead overall strategy, operations, and culture, ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and profitability. This role requires visionary leadership, strong P&L ownership, and the ability to drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute strategic and operational plans.
- Oversee supply chain, quality assurance, and compliance with global food safety standards.
- Manage budgets, capital investments, and optimize procurement/pricing strategies.
- Build a high‑performing leadership team and succession pipeline.
- Ensure risk management, governance, and business continuity.
- Represent the organization to investors, regulators, and industry associations.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of leadership in FMCG/food manufacturing with P&L responsibility.
- Experience in milling operations, exports, and international markets.
- Strong integrity, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in complex environments.
- Desirable:
Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, PMP certifications; exposure to agri‑commodity trading.
