The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium’s common areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing routine and deep‑cleaning tasks according to established standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and properly dispose of waste.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors in common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of community rooms, fitness centers, and amenities.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and paper products.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management or maintenance staff.
- Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects, events, or seasonal tasks.
- Perform light exterior cleaning such as entryways, walkways, and trash areas.
Full‑Time
Pay Rate:
Up to $19 DOE
