Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Village at Delray, a 144-unit community in Delray Beach, FL. You will maintain the property appearance and perform repairs to ensure a quality living experience for residents.
Requirements include 1–2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/painting, HVAC and EPA experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties with a trip stipend are possible, and Dominium offers a competitive benefits package.
