Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper/Janitorial role located in Delray Beach, FL. The role involves daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces to uphold a safe, hygienic, and luxurious environment. Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash and recycling removal, basic restroom and common area sanitation, and restocking supplies. The housekeeper/janitorial team member may also handle light laundry tasks for shared linens and towels and report maintenance issues.

This role interacts with residents and vendors, and is expected to provide courteous, professional service at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Proficient in laundry and basic cleaning procedures, including safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with residents, coworkers, and vendors.
• Ability to participate in and support training related to safety, cleaning protocols, and property standards.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience in residential or hotel settings preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift, following safety guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to undergo background checks as required by the property.
