AM Cleaning Associate

Home Goods is hiring an AM Cleaning Associate to support a busy manufacturing environment at Widgets Co. In this early-morning role, you'll keep production areas, offices, and common spaces clean, safe, and ready for each shift. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies while following safety and chemical-handling procedures. You'll work closely with operations teams in a collaborative culture that values communication, learning, and reliability, with opportunities to grow your skills in a supportive, team-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform early-morning cleaning of manufacturing and warehouse areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect high-touch surfaces and shared equipment
• Collect, sort, and remove trash and recyclables following safety and environmental guidelines
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies; report low inventory or equipment issues
• Operate basic cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums, buffers) safely
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, including use of PPE and proper chemical handling
• Inspect work areas for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Collaborate with shift leads and team members to prioritize cleaning tasks around production schedules
