Key Responsibilities and Duties Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment Perform advanced PLC programming, troubleshooting, and control logic analysis Diagnose and repair electrical components including motors, transformers, relays, and circuit boards Install wiring, conduit, and electrical systems for new and existing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Replace and repair motors, bearings, wiring, and electrical components Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Ensure compliance with LOTO and all safety protocols Support preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime Perform additional mechanical and electrical duties as needed Qualifications – Needed High School Diploma or GED required Electrical License, Journeyman License preferred OR equivalent schooling/experience Minimum 2+ years of experience with PLCs (programming/troubleshooting) preferred Strong background in industrial electrical maintenance and controls systems

Experience with motors, relays, sensors, and electrical components Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems Forklift certification preferred Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
