Service Technician - Demopolis

A service technician will be part of a team that focuses on maintaining an assigned account or group of accounts. The position focuses on ensuring our chemical feed equipment is properly working and our products are transferred safely. Safety and communication are the highest priorities. It is important to discuss all daily or weekly tasks with the engineer/sales team.

Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs sophisticated equipment and machinery at the customer location.

Basic chemistry testing and recording, product transfer to totes, inventory management. Troubleshooting on the customer's process based on experience level. Owns the preventative maintenance program.

• Routine testing and monitoring at the customer site, including data entry and service report preparation.
• Interfaces with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment.
• Manages product inventory at the customer, including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks. Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing.
• Delivers chemicals and compiles trial data at the customer site.
• Alerts the site manager or support engineer of any problems or opportunities and initiates troubleshooting.
• Conducts expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts.
• Specifies, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment.
• Works with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, including after‑hour calls and weekend overtime as required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in an industrial environment. Chemical handling experience desired but not required.
• Must reside within one hour of the customer location.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52,760.00 and $77,374.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
