Sun Ridge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a full‑time, on‑site multifamily community. You will lead maintenance staff, manage safety and preventative programs, and coordinate with vendors to maintain property standards.
This role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, CPO and HVAC certifications, and strong knowledge of lease forms and Fair Housing. Weekend availability and on-call rotation are expected to support resident needs.
