Solvimate is hiring on behalf of a Confidential U.S. Food Manufacturing Client for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians across plant operations.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Monitor equipment reliability, KPIs, and overall plant performance.
- Ensure USDA compliance and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and TPM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Boiler Systems experience.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Denison, Iowa.
