• Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing F&B Service and Kitchen teams, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, HACCP principles, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong operational and administrative capabilities, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, staff scheduling, and efficient workflow planning.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest‑centric approach paired with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
