Location:

Norco, LA.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 40‑43 hours per week.

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times.
• Complete daily checklists for proper operation of the unit.
• Operate Decanter centrifuges, belt presses, filter press, and ancillary equipment (pumps, conveyors, etc.).
• Operate special equipment such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
• Operate 5K hotsy pressure washers.
• Ensure the unit is never operated in an unsafe manner or inconsistent with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Submit all paperwork required for waste tracking movements.
• Secure all containers properly (e.g., chock blocks, jack stands).
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management and required by the Clean Harbors needs.

• Vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on‑the‑job training, and essential experience.
• English proficiency sufficient to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with the company’s driving policy.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
• May need to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
• Preferred: 6+ months of centrifuge operating experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
