Manage, lead, and develop a team of maintenance technicians with guidance on daily work priorities and emergency repairs;
Create and strictly adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment across multiple operations to minimize downtime;
Develop and implement a system for organizing, inventorying, and maintaining tools, parts, and maintenance supplies;
Establish and enforce tool check-out/check-in procedures to prevent loss and ensure tools are maintained and returned;
Manage maintenance inventory with a structured system to ensure critical components are available and properly stored
