Position: JANITOR LEAD (FULL TIME)

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time JANITOR LEAD position.

Location:

Guyer High School - 7501 Teasley Lane, Denton, TX 76210. Openings at other locations within the school district are available. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full time, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm; days may vary. Details provided during interview. May include both full and part time with flexibility to meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks related to custodial training and supervision as assigned.
Train custodial associates on cleaning methods, safety, compliance, and company policies; conduct classroom and hands-on training.
Conduct one-on-one training as needed; update training materials and provide information on use of janitorial equipment, PPE, and chemical safety.
Maintain trainee records, provide feedback during orientation, and support disciplinary recommendations as appropriate.
Coordinate with the training coordinator and participate in safety and compliance reviews (OSHA, Risk Management, and other requirements).
Conduct site walk-throughs and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior janitorial and supervisory experience is required.
