Position: Robson Ranch Sanitation - Overnight Total Store Sanitation Lead - Full time
HEB Grocery Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise and train 3 to 4 employees in the sanitation department;
Provide work direction and training to other departmental personnel;
Help prepare work schedules for department and serve as backup to department manager;
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards by following SOPs and overseeing daily process execution;
Sanitate processing areas and maintain department cleanliness and safety;
Maintain documentation and certification of chemical handling and sanitation verification functions;
Communicate needs, improvements, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders;
Provide excellent customer service and address complaints related to sanitation
