• Cleans lodges: collects, washes, folds, stores, and distributes linens ensuring accountability. Moves furniture to clean under and behind it. Uses cleaning products provided.
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms: sinks, toilets, showers; polishes mirrors and replenishes supplies. Uses cleaning products provided.
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, and waxes floors; sweeps sidewalks.
• Cleans windows and window sills; dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Empties trash cans regularly in private rooms and notifies maintenance/ janitor personnel when disposal is required.
• Monitors cleaning supplies and reports items that need to be reordered to the Guest Services Coordinator.

• No formal education or experience required.
• No licenses or certifications required.

• Ability to perform general cleaning activities for buildings.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to exert physical energy required to perform housekeeping work.
• Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs., and climbing.

Work is performed in a camp environment with some exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, and dust and/or disagreeable sights and odors.
