Valiant Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep and lead repairs in resident apartments. This role ensures timely service requests, oversees make-ready processes, and supports the Community Manager with preventive maintenance.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certification, and owns basic tools, with strong English communication and a willingness to travel. A valid license and weekend availability are required.
