The EVS Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer, client, and patient satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job responsibilities include adhering to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, performing cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms, cleaning restrooms following proper infection control procedures, accurately maintaining and cleaning housekeeping equipment, cleaning assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements, following procedures for storage and disposal of trash, reporting maintenance concerns via work order requests, maintaining friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor, securing the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required, ensuring security of company assets, and other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Previous custodial experience preferred. Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
