This role is hybrid: 4 days onsite in Denver, CO.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with change managers to identify and analyze change impacts and evolving learning needs.
  • Design and develop a diverse range of training assets, including instructor‑led materials, self‑paced learning content, job aids, quick reference guides, and process walkthroughs.
  • Support the execution of comprehensive training plans and learning timelines, ensuring alignment with key change milestones.
  • Guarantee that all training content resonates with overarching change messaging and promotes desired behaviors.
  • Actively participate in testing and refining training materials, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with coordination efforts involving learning platforms or external delivery partners as needed.

Must‑Have

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning support roles.
  • Solid working knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Proven experience in creating structured training content and job aids.
  • Basic understanding of change management concepts and their application in supporting successful adoption.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Nice‑to‑Have

Qualifications:

  • Experience with e‑learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
  • Exposure to technology, process, or operating model changes.
