We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Plowing and Operations Techto join our field services team in Colorado. Thislocally based positioninvolves routine operation of plowing and road equipment with the possibility to grow into the water treatment technician. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various environmental conditions.

• Monitors weather and road conditions in the Lyons/Estes area with the ability to quickly respond to weather events and client needs.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs road equipment.
• Respond to customer service needs in a timely manner
• Ensure safe and passable roadways both during the winter and summer
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in road maintenance and equipment maintenance operations
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with physical labor, working outdoors in varied weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs

• $24.00 – $32.00 / Hour
