PositionSummary
We are currently hiring a Full-Time or Part-Time Environmental Inspector to join our team and support increased project volume. This position focuses on asbestos air monitoring (AMS). You’ll receive operational support from our office team, enjoy flexibility in your schedule, and participate in a collaborative environment where quality and professionalism are valued.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct asbestos inspections and air monitoring (AMS-certified required)
- Complete building inspections and produce detailed reports
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and homeowners
- Use mobile technology for reporting and data collection
- Follow all CDPHE and EPA compliance standards
- Experience with mold inspection protocols and remediation reporting
- Familiarity with fire and water damage restoration
- Commercial or residential inspection background
Denver Metro Area (with opportunities to expand into Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and surrounding regions)
Requirements- Current asbestos certifications from CDPHE (including AMS certification)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Own equipment and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
