Industrial Maintenance Manager (Confidential)

We’re a well-established manufacturing operation looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Manager who leads from the floor and drives equipment reliability, team performance, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a maintenance leader who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, solving real problems, and building strong maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations to support safe, reliable, and uninterrupted production
• Prioritize and manage repairs, installations, and equipment upgrades
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs
• Analyze downtime, quality, and maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Partner closely with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues
• Improve equipment reliability while controlling maintenance costs
• Work with vendors to source parts, evaluate alternatives, and upgrade legacy equipment
• Provide input on capital projects, including scope, timing, and cost
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians
• Serve as a key safety leader, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable spending most of your time on the manufacturing floor
• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and drive accountability
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on results and reliability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally
