Service Division Manager - HVAC and Plumbing - Denver, CO

We're looking for an experienced Service Division Manager to lead the HVAC and plumbing services division in Denver, CO. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional or a driven individual ready to take the next step in their career.

As a Service Division Manager, you'll work closely with field technicians, dispatchers, and the sales team to ensure customer loyalty and meet departmental goals. You'll also communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers, providing project updates and information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage P&L statements.
• Estimate and sell larger projects.
• Provide technical support and sales assistance to office staff.
• Ensure quality standards are met by reviewing technician work.
• Organize training and ongoing support for the team.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and customer requirements.
• Manage the service division's fleet.
• Lead the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Handle other tasks as needed to maintain efficient department operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to understand the sales process and hold the team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Reliable, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or an HVAC program certificate.
• Experience in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry.
