We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Home Cleaner to manage our cleaning crews and ensure the highest quality of service.

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized individual to lead our cleaning teams. The Lead Home Cleaner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing hands‑on cleaning, training new staff, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and excellent time management.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaners on a daily basis.
• Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of homes upon completion to ensure all tasks meet the company's high standards.
• Training & Development: Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company protocols.
• Customer Service: Assist with address client concerns and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Hands‑on Cleaning: Perform detailed residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning kitchens.
• Supply Management: Assist with monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Work Environment: Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

• Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and bending
• Must be Bilingual:
