Building Maintenance

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for  
** Facility Maintenance Technician
** in

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors and facility equipment.

+ Maintain building security, safety, and compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards.

+ Coordinate building and grounds maintenance, including vendor management.

+ Conduct monthly facility and safety inspections.

+ Serve as a liaison with corporate engineering, fire/police departments, and local officials.

+ Oversee LOTO, confined space, hot work permits, and emergency response programs.

+ Maintain security access cards/keys and detailed maintenance records.

+ Support continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.

+ Perform other facility and maintenance duties as needed.

** Requirements*
* + High school diploma/GED required; technical schooling preferred.

+  
** 3+ years experience
** in distribution or industrial maintenance.

+ Working knowledge of conveyor systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, fire sprinkler systems, and OSHA standards.

+ Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

+ Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word).

+ Must be able to lift  
** 40-70 lbs frequently
** and up to  
** 100 lbs occasionally** .

+ Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (cherry picker/stand‑up experience preferred).

+ Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5pm

+ Weekly Pay

+ Pay Rate: $35/hour

** Pay Details:**  $35.00 per hour
