Position Summary
Highway Maintenance Technician IV – responsible for advanced technical and skilled maintenance operations in the Denver, CO area. This is the senior field technician role, requiring 5-10 years of maintenance/construction experience and the ability to lead a skilled crew on complex roadway, concrete and equipment work in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations.

Hourly Rate$30.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, training and licenses such as CDL A or
B.
Full‑time. Work nights, weekends and during snow or ice events. Regular day shift:
Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Night shift:
Mon–Thu, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM.
- Minimum 5–10 years of roadway maintenance experience
- Experience with concrete forming and repair
- Operator experience with wheel loader, skid‑steer, forklift, asphalt roller, etc.
- Valid driver license
- CDL A or B
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- TCS Carded
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)
- Effective leadership abilities
- Clean driving record and criminal background check required
- Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
- Proficiency with basic arithmetic and technology (smartphone, laptop, tablet, applications)
- Adaptable to changing work schedules (24/7/365)
- Positive, professional appearance and attitude
