Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

This role utilizes advanced skills to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center environment. Responsibilities include oversight of electrical and mechanical systems such as UPS systems, generators, chillers, electrical distribution, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and CMMS work dispatching.

• Perform daily inspections of Mechanical and Engineering (M&E) systems and technical equipment
• Service and maintain electrical and mechanical systems
• Complete assigned work in accordance with established procedures, EHS policies, and PPE requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Oversee third-party vendors to ensure adherence to processes and regulations
• Assist in creating and maintaining work processes, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), SOPs, and risk assessments
• Maintain CERM documentation and logbooks
• Complete all required training to perform job responsibilities successfully

• Ability to perform all essential job functions satisfactorily
• Strong background in HVAC or Electrical systems preferred
• Knowledge of emergency response, standby, and call-out protocols

Duration: 12 Months (Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate)

Pay Rate: $33/hr. – $35/hr.

Potential FTE Conversion: Yes – $76,212 annually
