Lighting Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $23-$26/hour

• Strength & Stamina — Frequently lifting, pulling and pushing materials (conduit cable) up to 50 lbs.
• Manual Dexterity — Excellent hand-eye coordination for delicate wiring, handling small objects, and using hand tools.
• Mobility & Balance — Climbing ladders, scaffolding, and poles, along with crawling in tight spaces like crawlspaces or attics.
• Visual Acuity & Color Vision — Ability to distinguish color‑coded wires (critical for safety and perform close‑up work).
• Endurance — standing or kneeling for long durations and working varied, often uncomfortable, weather conditions.
