Hands-On Staging & Logistics Assistant

Elevated Stagings is hiring a Home Staging & Logistics Assistant to support our growing staging team. This is a hands-on, physically active role that combines furniture moving, warehouse organization, staging installations, inventory support, and general day-to-day operations.

We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. While an interest in home design and staging is a plus, this role is best suited for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active, working efficiently with a team, and helping projects come together from start to finish.

This is not currently a lead stager position, though there is opportunity for growth over time for the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with staging installations and removals at residential properties

• Move and place furniture, rugs, artwork, décor, and accessories safely and efficiently

• Load, unload, lift, carry, and organize staging inventory in the warehouse and on-site

• Help prep homes for professional photography and showings

• Steam and style bedding, fluff pillows, and complete final styling touches

• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse and staging inventory systems

• Work collaboratively with the team to problem solve and complete projects efficiently

• Communicate professionally with Realtors, homeowners, and vendors as needed

• Identify areas where processes and organization can improve

What We’re Looking For

• Must be able to comfortably lift and move furniture and staging inventory weighing 50–60+ pounds

• Experience with moving, warehouse work, deliveries, furniture handling, staging, merchandising, or similar physical work is strongly preferred

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to adapt quickly and roll with changing schedules or project needs

• Comfortable working in different homes, environments, and warehouse settings

• Ability to take initiative and jump into tasks without constant direction

• Interest in home staging, design, or real estate is a plus, but not required

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Background check required

About the Role

This is a part-time position with weekday daytime hours, typically Monday–Friday. Hours will vary depending on project schedules and staging volume, generally ranging from 5–20 hours per week, with the potential for growth.
