Make‑Ready Technician - Property Management
Location:
Denver, CO 80224
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Pay: $21-$22 per hour
We are a reliable, resident‑focused property management company committed to providing clean, well‑maintained homes. Our Make‑Ready team plays a key role in preparing units for new residents, and we're looking for someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to get the job done right.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare vacant units for new move‑ins by completing cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
* Replace fixtures, hardware, blinds, light bulbs, and other basic components as needed
* Assist with appliance checks and simple troubleshooting
* Ensure all units meet company quality standards before move‑in
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the make‑ready shop and supply areas
* Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and supply needs
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines and support fast unit turnarounds
Qualifications
* Previous make‑ready, maintenance, construction, or cleaning experience preferred
* Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and general building upkeep
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
* Positive attitude and ability to work independently or with a team
