Salary Range: $26.00 To $28.00 Hourly

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department, meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make‑readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

• One year maintenance experience in property management or a related field.
• Possession of the minimum required tools.
• Ability to be available "on call" 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, MVR.

• Hourly Rate - $24-26/hr, Non‑Exempt, Based on Experience.
• Full‑time.
