Night Time Custodian

Night Time Custodian # Night Time Custodian Denver, CO 80235## Overview Salary Range $19.40 - $19.40 Hourly## Description This is a full-time, 12-month, benefit eligible position that reports to the Custodial Supervisor. This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The hours for this position are from 4pm-12:30am with a half an hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Daily duties as assigned
* Clean bathrooms
* Clean Classrooms
* Clean office spaces
* Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc.
* Assist with event set ups including cleaning the dining hall or other spaces as designated.
* Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication skills in English preferred
* Custodial Experience Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
* Ability to make decisions and problem solve relative to urgency.
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate a multitude of tasks
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and under stress making time sensitive decisions.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Physical Requirements:

* Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
* Stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to lift, pull, & push up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand on your feet for up tp 8 hours
* Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements. The pay for this position is $19.40 and hour. Although this is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
