Compensation: $23.00 - $24.25 per Hour
Benefits- $500 Signing Bonus after 30 days of service and an additional $500 bonus upon successful completion of 90 days of service.

This position is a labor-intensive role that involves the movement and placement of large quantities of facility furniture and related equipment up to 75 pounds. It requires decision-making around transport and setup/dismantle for safety and efficiency.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Review event documents for area set-ups/dismantle.
- Coordinate equipment movement in a safe, efficient manner.
- Instruct and monitor others in the use of facility equipment.
- Maintain inventory in proper storage areas.
- Supervise on-call personnel.
- Operate material handling equipment as necessary.
- Maintain appropriate stock of supplies.
- Complete event-related time documentation forms.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED (required); higher qualification preferred.
- Customer Service experience (preferred).
- Industry experience (preferred).
- Self‑motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks without direct supervision.

- Provide professional and considerate customer service.
- Work effectively with diverse groups at all levels.
- Perform job tasks effectively amid sudden deadlines and changing priorities.

- Basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (preferred).
Position may require frequent walking, climbing stairs, standing on cement floors, turning, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, exposure to dust, grime, noise, fumes, wet floors, weather, use of electric cart, and operation of tools and equipment that could cause personal harm if improperly handled. Requires irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, determined by event schedule and/or department need.
Requires use of a two‑way handheld radio.
