The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled maintenance duties in various communities. Responsibilities include inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of systems and equipment. The position reports to the Property Manager and includes a variety of tasks in maintenance and custodial duties.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant certifications. Compensation is between $25.35 and $30.42 per hour based on experience.
