Job Description
Position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Essential Responsibilities- Stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined areas.
- Work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
- Push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Occasional travel to assist other properties, attend training, business meetings, or other necessary activities.
- Work a flexible schedule, including call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (applies to Certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions (applies to all Service Technicians).
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property when applicable.
$23 – $24 per hour.
Additional Compensation- Corporate positions may participate in quarterly or annual bonus programs.
- Onsite property positions may participate in weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs.
