Maintenance Manager - Bluff Lake Apartments

The Maintenance Manager will work in collaboration with property management to oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for Bluff Lake Apartments. This is an on-site position. Pay: $29-30/hour, dependent on experience. Duties include patching and painting walls, trim, and ceilings; cleaning, repairing, and maintaining appliances; preparing units for new residents, including completing necessary turnover work; performing routine plumbing and electrical repairs; managing day-to-day maintenance functions; assisting with maintenance budget oversight; and coordinating and managing vendor contracts in collaboration with the property management team.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work, and technical expertise in one or more building trade.
