Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements- 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- EPA certification required (HVAC and/or CPO certification preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage vendors, maintenance budgets, and multiple priorities
- Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for a residential community
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to maximize property upkeep
- Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building repairs
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct inspections of apartment homes, common areas, and community grounds
- Manage maintenance vendors, inventory, supplies, and department budgets
- Train, coach, and support maintenance team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
