Service Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
  • EPA certification required (HVAC and/or CPO certification preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage vendors, maintenance budgets, and multiple priorities
  • Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
Job Duties
  • Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for a residential community
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to maximize property upkeep
  • Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building repairs
  • Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct inspections of apartment homes, common areas, and community grounds
  • Manage maintenance vendors, inventory, supplies, and department budgets
  • Train, coach, and support maintenance team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents
